Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, JTraffic.com will:
Review the notice to confirm completeness.

Notify the user who uploaded the material of the removal.
If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material removed and the location before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of Puerto Rico courts.
Upon receipt, JTraffic.com will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days if no legal action is taken.
JTraffic.com reserves the right to terminate accounts or access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, in compliance with the DMCA and applicable Puerto Rico laws.
We comply with the DMCA “safe harbor” provisions. This policy is intended to provide copyright owners with a clear mechanism for addressing alleged infringements while protecting users from unauthorized removals.
