Digital Millennium Copyright Act Compliance

JTraffic.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringements and responding to claims.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringements

If you believe that content on JTraffic.com, including materials on our Free Tools page, infringes your copyright, please notify us by providing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.

  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including URLs or detailed descriptions.

2. Takedown Procedure

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, JTraffic.com will:

  • Review the notice to confirm completeness.

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

  • Notify the user who uploaded the material of the removal.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material removed and the location before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of Puerto Rico courts.

Upon receipt, JTraffic.com will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days if no legal action is taken.

4. Repeat Infringers

JTraffic.com reserves the right to terminate accounts or access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, in compliance with the DMCA and applicable Puerto Rico laws.

5. Safe Harbor

We comply with the DMCA “safe harbor” provisions. This policy is intended to provide copyright owners with a clear mechanism for addressing alleged infringements while protecting users from unauthorized removals.
